Testing for E-Numbers

E-Numbers are a coding system used to identify food additives.

Most convenience foods and many other foods contain one or more E-numbers. Research shows many people are sensitive to a number of these.

Our E-Number test is based on more than 50 of the most common and most harmful e-numbers, and identification of reactions can be extremely helpful in finding out which ones to avoid when purchasing foodstuffs.

For details on the test procedure, please see here.

Note: The E-number test is suitable for children - for more detail please see here.
